Invoicing and Payment

Pine Harbour Living will send you an invoice for your water and other associated charges every month which will include a breakdown of costs. 

Any charges associated with new connections will be billed separately.

Payment Due Date

Our billing cycle runs from the 1st to the end of each month.  Payment is due on the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice.

Late Payment Fees

Most people pay their account when it is due, however when people do not pay on time the cost for Pine Harbour Living to chase overdue accounts is substantial. To help recover these costs a $25.00 (incl. GST) late payment penalty fee will be applied to all overdue accounts.  This means that if your payment is late you will see a $25.00 (incl. GST) late payment penalty fee on your next month's bill.
